this FAQ area in order to assist
your with obtaining quick answers to
some of the most frequently asked
questions.
Preparations: We
understand that you want your home
or office painted while maintaining
a professional and clean atmosphere.
Our preparations include pressure
washing, masking the windows and
hardware, cleaning of debris and
obstructions which prevent the
painting process and purchasing of
all paint and supplies prior to
starting the job. We also use
silicon to seal the gaps between
your exterior stucco and the eves of
your home. We use plastic sheeting
to protect your driveway and
windows. |

Professional, honest and

Pressure
Washing: Pressure washing will
remove loose debris and paint from your home
or commercial structure. The paint
chips will tend to splash on your sidewalk
and landscaping. Many homeowners are
surprised by the amount of paint chips. The
chips will not harm your plants, but we try
to remove the chips as much as possible.

Brands of
Paint: For interior and exterior paint, we
prefer to use Sherwin-Williams. However, we
will use any brand of paint that the
customer prefers. |

|
Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required after we finish
prepping for the paintwork. This deposit is used to
help purchase materials and labor. The
remaining 50% balance is due after
completion of the job to your satisfaction. |

|
Estimates:
We provide FREE written estimates for every
job. Once we agree on the price, we can
schedule a date to start your job. |

Payments
Accepted: We accept cash or
checks. |
|
|
|
Stucco
Repair: Before we start a job, we
meet with you to discuss what stucco repairs
are necessary. Please indicate any areas
that you want repaired. We will match
the repair to the texture of your home or
commercial building. |

Drywall
Repair: We can repair holes and
damaged drywall. All repairs are made
before we start to paint. Please tell
us about any areas that need special
attention. |

|
Wallpaper
Removal: We can
remove wallpaper and add texture to the
wall if necessary to match the other walls
before painting. |
|
|
|
Carpet and
Furniture Protection: We use
plastic sheeting to cover your carpet and
furniture to protect them from paint
overspray and damage. Please remove
small objects and knick-knacks before our
arrival. |
